Common use of First Credit Extension Clause in Contracts

First Credit Extension. Each Lender and, if applicable, each Issuing Bank to make the Credit Extensions to be made by it on the Closing Date subject only to the satisfaction (or waiver by the Lead Arrangers) of the following conditions precedent: (a) The Administrative Agent shall have received the following, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party, each dated as of the Closing Date: (i) executed counterparts of this Agreement duly executed by the Borrower and each Guarantor; and
