First Grade Clause Samples

First Grade. As a prerequisite to enrollment in any first grade of a public school, a child shall have attended at least a full-day public or private kindergarten for a full school year, or shall have satisfactorily passed an academic readiness screening prior to enrollment to the first grade. A child must be six (6) years old on or before September 30 of the calendar year in which the school year begins.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b.
