He is in Grade 11 at Rossland Secondary School. In school, his favorite subjects are Art, Math and English. He is interested in acting, cartooning and writing. He spends a lot of time on the internet, reading comic strips and blogs. He writes a column and a bi-weekly comic strip for the Trail-Rossland News. ▇▇▇ started learning to play the piano when he was in early elementary school, a year after his older brother started learning. Although he wasn’t always able to read sheet music very well at first, he quickly developed a good musical ear. When he was about eleven years old, he started composing music for the piano. His first piece was called “Trains at Night”. It was written for the Kootenay Festival of the Arts. A few years later, again for the Kootenay Festival of the Arts, ▇▇▇ composed another piece, entitled “Battle of the Gods”. ▇▇▇ spends a lot of his time playing the piano, composing music and listening to classical music on his computer. He got high marks in Preliminary and Level 1 music theory, and is currently working through Level 2 theory. In the future, ▇▇▇ hopes to continue his musical education. ▇▇▇ has a variety of musical preferences. He enjoys impressionistic and modern pieces, and can play some pieces by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Paradoxically, he also enjoys loud, dramatic music from the Romantic period, particularly that of ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. His favorite musical piece is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Piano Concerto no.2. Graham started piano lessons with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ at age 4, and began composing right away. It was also around this time that he appeared onstage in his first Musical Theatre production with Four Seasons Musical Theatre. Since then, he has been an active composer, performer, instrumentalist and vocalist. He entered his first composition festival in 1994 at the age of 5.   • Step Placement When a reclassification action occurs, the justification for the action taken shall be provided in writing to the affected employee or employees. When an employee is reclassified to a position having a higher maximum regular base hourly rate, the employee’s pay shall be increased to the pay step amount which is at least, and closest to, 3 percent higher than the pay they received prior to the reclassification. When an employee is reclassified to a position having the same maximum regular base hourly rate, the employee’s pay step amount shall remain the same. When an employee is reclassified to a position having a lower maximum regular base hourly rate, the employee’s pay shall be decreased to the pay step amount closest to their present regular base hourly rate. However, when the employee’s regular base hourly rate of pay, prior to the reclassification, is greater than step 9 of the newly assigned pay grade, the employee’s regular base hourly rate of pay shall be frozen as of the date of the reclassification. The employee’s regular base hourly rate shall remain frozen until such time as step 9 of the pay grade assigned to the employee’s classification is equal to or greater than the employee’s frozen rate of pay. When that occurs, the employee shall be placed into step 9 of the new pay grade assigned to the employee’s classification. When a reclassification occurs in a multi-incumbent classification and incumbents compete for the classification, the salary placement shall be administered in the same manner as a promotion in Article 13, Section 3.

  • Time and Place Unless this Agreement shall have been terminated pursuant to Section 2.06, and subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions in Section 2.01, the closing of the contributions contemplated by Section 1.01 and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall occur substantially concurrently with the receipt by the REIT of the proceeds from the Offering from the underwriters (the “Closing” or the “Closing Date”) in the order set forth on Exhibit F. The Closing shall take place at the offices of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or such other place as determined by the REIT in its sole discretion.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • No General Solicitation; Placement Agent’s Fees Neither the Company, nor any of its Subsidiaries or affiliates, nor any Person acting on its or their behalf, has engaged in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D) in connection with the offer or sale of the Securities. The Company shall be responsible for the payment of any placement agent’s fees, financial advisory fees, or brokers’ commissions (other than for Persons engaged by any Buyer or its investment advisor) relating to or arising out of the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, placement agent fees payable to the Placement Agent in connection with the sale of the Securities. The fees and expenses of the Placement Agent to be paid by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries are as set forth on Schedule 3(g) attached hereto. The Company shall pay, and hold each Buyer harmless against, any liability, loss or expense (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and out-of-pocket expenses) arising in connection with any such claim. The Company acknowledges that it has engaged the Placement Agent in connection with the sale of the Securities. Other than the Placement Agent, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has engaged any placement agent or other agent in connection with the offer or sale of the Securities.
