Common use of First Source Hiring Ordinance Clause in Contracts

First Source Hiring Ordinance. Tenant shall comply with the San Francisco First Source Hiring Ordinance (Board of Supervisors Ordinance No. 264-98, as amended by Board of Supervisors Ordinance Nos. 32-09 and 149-09) in cooperation with the Airport Commission Office of Employment and Community Partnerships pursuant to the First Source Hiring Agreement entered into between the Airport Commission and the Tenant concurrently herewith, and incorporated herein by reference.
