Common use of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioshall not, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for quarter, permit the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.0.

The Leverage Ratio and the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio described in this Section 6.12 shall collectively be referred to as the “Financial Covenants”.

The Parent Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any the fiscal quarter for ending March 31, 2024 and the four last day of each fiscal quarters ending on that datequarter thereafter during the term hereof, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.25:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as As of the last day of any fiscal quarter for quarter, Borrower shall not permit the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.01.0 for the four most recently ended fiscal quarters.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as Ratio for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0one (1.25:1).

For the avoidance of doubt, the calculation of the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013 and the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2014 shall not include any EBITDA, taxes, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, Interest Expenses or Funded Debt of United Centrifuge.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2013, the Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio to be less than 1.10 to 1.00 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four 12 consecutive fiscal quarters months ending on that such date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.0(a) 0.75:1.00 for the period consisting of the three consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower ending August 28, 2004 and (b) 1.00:1.00 for the period consisting of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower ending on or after November 27, 2004.

The Commencing with the fiscal quarter of the Borrower will ending March 31, 2010, the Borrower shall not permit allow the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as calculated at of the last day end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateending, to be less than 1.25 1.0 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as Ratio for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Borrower to be less than 1.25 (i) 2.25 to 1.01.00 from the Closing Date until but excluding the first anniversary thereof and (ii) 2.50 to 1.00 from and after the first anniversary of the Closing Date.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day end of any fiscal quarter ending on or after December 31, 2006 and for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, then ended to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.50:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrowers will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio determined as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, of Peak to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00, provided that for the fiscal quarters of Peak ending December 31, 1996 and March 31, June 30 and September 30, 1997, the financial covenant contained in this Section 5.21 shall not apply.

The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the last day of any period from the third fiscal quarter for the four 2007 through fourth fiscal quarters ending on that date, quarter 2008 to be less than 1.25 to 1.01; or from the first fiscal quarter 2009 through the fourth fiscal quarter 2009 to be less than 1.40 to 1.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any each fiscal quarter for of the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Borrower to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.15:1.00 during any period ending on or after November 30, 2012.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Beginning with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2017, the Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter Fiscal Quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Fiscal Quarters then ended to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.15:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower and the Parent will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day end of any fiscal quarter for Fiscal Quarter (commencing with the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateFiscal Quarter ended December 31, 2000) to be less than 1.25 to 1.0the ratio of 1.00:1.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not --------------------------- not, as of the end of any fiscal quarter on or after the end of the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 1997, permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.02.0:1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as Ratio for any period of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on that date, after the Effective Date to be less than 1.25 1.40 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Commencing with the fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending December 31, 2023, the Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratiopermit, as of the last day of any such fiscal quarter for quarter, the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio to be less than 1.25:1.00 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0Measurement Period.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter from and after June 30, 2022, for the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit as of the end of each fiscal quarter the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter determined for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters then ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 1.40 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as determined for any period of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 1.2 to 1.01.0 as of the end of each fiscal quarter.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of Ratio at the last day end of any fiscal quarter for having ended after the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Effective Date to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of Ratio for any four-fiscal-quarter period ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 1.10 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 1.35 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, tested as of the last day of any fiscal each calendar quarter for after the four fiscal quarters ending on that datedate of this Loan Agreement, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0.

The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, determined as of the last day of any each fiscal quarter beginning with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2009, for the four fiscal quarters ending on that datethen ended, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0the minimum required Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio set forth below.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Commencing September 30, 2010 and thereafter, the Borrowers will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of determined for the trailing twelve month period ending on the last day of any each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.10:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2002.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 2.00 to 1.01.00.
