Fixed Lease. The period of time when the Lessee shall have possession of the leased equipment should be established in this agreement before the equipment is released. The first option will seek a predetermined start date and termination (or ending) date for the time when the Lessee shall have possession of the concerned equipment. This fixed-term for the lease will need some additional definition by selecting one of two supporting statements to indicate the results of the lease termination. Present this result by selecting the first option if the Lessee may continue to have possession of the leased equipment under the same terms of this lease on a monthly basis or the second option if the Lessee must return the equipment to the Lessor upon the termination date of the fixed term. It should be mentioned that a fixed term may be for any length of time that is appropriate (for instance, one day, one week, six months, etc.).
