Fixed Rate Notice. Borrower's selection of a Fixed Rate shall be delivered to Lender in form attached to this Note as EXHIBIT B. Lender shall confirm and deliver to Borrower acceptance of such Fixed Rate Notice via facsimile. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s failure to deliver the Fixed Rate Notice shall not release Borrower from Borrower's obligation to pay interest at the Effective Rate pursuant to the terms hereof.
