Common use of Fixed Rate of Interest Clause in Contracts

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding December 2, 2026 at a fixed annual rate of 3.527% payable in semi-annual installments on June 2 and December 2 of each year, with the first interest payment due on June 2, 2017.

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding December 2June 23, 2026 2046 at a fixed annual rate of 3.5274.70% payable in semi-annual installments on June 2 23 and December 2 23 of each year, with the first interest payment due on June 2December 23, 20172016.

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding December 2August 27, 2026 2060 at a fixed annual rate of 3.5273.050% payable in semi-annual installments on June 2 February 27 and December 2 August 27 of each year, with the first interest payment due on June 2February 27, 20172021.
