FIXED RATES. The rates for service specified in this Agreement shall remain in effect for this Agreement and shall be determined in accordance with this Agreement for the Delivery Term, and shall not be subject to change for this Agreement through application to FERC pursuant to the provisions of Section 205 of the Federal Power Act absent the Agreement in writing of both of the Parties.
