Common use of Fixed Record Date Clause in Contracts

Fixed Record Date. For purposes of determining the Participants entitled to notice of any meeting or to vote or entitled to give consent to action without a meeting, the Board may fix in advance a record date which shall not be more than fifteen (15) days nor fewer than seven (7) days before the date of any such meeting.
