Common use of Fixed Rent Clause in Contracts

Fixed Rent. Tenant shall pay Landlord as fixed rent for the Premises a sum equal to the Fixed Rent set forth in paragraph 1 on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term of this Lease, except that Fixed Rent for the first full calendar month of the Term shall be payable simultaneously with the execution of this Lease by Tenant.

Fixed Rent. The Tenant shall pay Landlord as fixed rent for the Premises a sum equal to the Fixed Rent set forth to Landlord in paragraph 1 the amounts specified in this Lease, in advance, on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term hereof, without previous demand and without offset or deduction of this Leaseany kind whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, except that Tenant shall pay the first month's installment of Fixed Rent for the first full calendar month of the Term shall be payable simultaneously with upon the execution of this Lease by Tenantthe Lease. The Tenant shall pay Additional Rent in the manner described in Section 4.3.

Fixed Rent. Tenant shall pay Landlord to Landlord, without any prior demand therefor and without any deduction or set-off whatsoever (except as fixed rent for the Premises a sum equal to expressly otherwise provided herein), the Fixed Rent set forth in paragraph 1 Article 1. Fixed Rent shall be due and payable in monthly installments each equal to the Monthly Fixed Rent set forth in Article l, in advance on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term of this Lease, except that Fixed Rent for the first full calendar month of the Term shall be payable simultaneously with the execution of this Lease by TenantTerm.

Fixed Rent. Tenant shall pay agrees to pay, without any offset or reduction whatever (except as made in accordance with the express provisions of this Lease), by check to Landlord as at Landlord's Address, fixed rent for the Premises a sum equal to 1/12th of the Fixed Rent set forth in paragraph 1 equal Installments, in advance on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during included in the Term all as set forth in Schedule A; and for any portion of this Lease, except that Fixed Rent for the first full a calendar month at the beginning or end of the Term shall be Term, at the rate payable simultaneously with the execution of this Lease by Tenantfor such portion, in advance.

Except as otherwise set forth herein, Tenant shall shall, during the Term, pay Landlord as fixed rent for the Premises a sum equal to the Fixed Rent set forth at the rate specified in paragraph 1 on or before Section 1.10. Fixed Rent shall be paid in equal monthly installments in advance not later than the first 1st day of each and every calendar month during the Term of Term, without demand or set-off, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease, except that Fixed Rent for the first full calendar month of the Term shall be payable simultaneously with the execution of this Lease by Tenant.
