Common use of Fixed Salary Clause in Contracts

Fixed Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of USD 168,000 per year, payable in 12 equal monthly instalments, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costs.

Fixed Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of USD 168,000 €225,000 per year, payable in 12 twelve (12) equal monthly instalmentsinstallments, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costs.

During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of USD 168,000 295,000 per year, payable in 12 equal monthly instalmentsaccordance with the Company’s current payroll practices, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costsapplicable payroll related taxes.
