Common use of Fixed Salary Clause in Contracts

Fixed Salary. During the Employment Term the Employee shall receive compensation (the “Fixed Salary”) payable in equal monthly installments at the annual rate of $136,475. Any changes in the Fixed Salary shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Bank and shall be effective for the twelve month period beginning on the first day of January each year.
