Common use of Flag State Clause in Contracts

Flag State. not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Delivery Date of each Newbuilding, obtain the Bank’s written approval of the Flag State for such Newbuilding; and

Flag State. procure that, not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Delivery Date of each Newbuilding, the Borrowers and the relevant Newbuilding Owner obtain the Bank’s written approval of the Flag State for such Newbuilding; and
