Fleet Services Sample Clauses

The Fleet Services clause defines the terms and conditions under which a provider supplies and manages a group of vehicles for a client’s business operations. It typically outlines the scope of services, such as vehicle maintenance, replacement, insurance, and reporting requirements, and may specify responsibilities for both the provider and the client regarding usage, care, and costs.
