Common use of Fleet Vehicle Distribution Clause in Contracts

Fleet Vehicle Distribution. Licensee shall comply with the following daily vehicle distribution requirements: a. Licensee shall distribute at least 38% of Licensee’s Fleet, measured on average on a weekly and monthly basis, to Equity Distribution Areas (EDA) (spatial information will be shared via ESRI map service and on the City shared drive) as defined on an annual basis. Licensee shall not later relocate those same Fleet Vehicles away from Equity Distribution Areas (EDA) during the same day unless explicitly permitted to do so by the City. The distribution to Equity Distribution Areas (EDA) shall be allocated as follows, with compliance measurement based on EDA total percentages: i. Zone 1 (2%) ii. Zone 2 (15%) iii. Zone 3 (21%)
