Common use of FLEXIBILITY AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

FLEXIBILITY AGREEMENTS. 1.9.1 This provision permits two types of flexibility agreements to be made, namely: (a) An Individual Flexibility Agreement under which Airservices and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this Agreement to meet the genuine needs of the individual employee and the employer; and (b) A Group Flexibility Agreement under which Airservices and a particular group of employees and if they choose, their union representatives, by majority agreement can agree to vary the application of certain terms of this Agreement to meet the particular needs of the employer and the group of employees concerned.
