FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES. 7.1 Allens Estate Agents and the employees employed in sales and property management, recognize and acknowledge that they are employed in highly autonomous roles, which are performance based. As such, employees in consultation with their manager, are given discretion in the management of their day, save that primary consideration must always be given to the satisfactory completion of their duties by their position. 7.2 An employee may be directed to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee’s skill and training. A change in duties will not be grounds for termination of the Employee’s employment. 7.3 Employees shall take all responsible steps to achieve quality, accuracy and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned to them.
