Flexible remuneration packaging. 14.1 Voluntary access to flexible remuneration packaging will be made available to employees on a salary sacrifice basis in accordance with policies and guidelines issued by the Commissioner for Public Administration from time to time. 14.2 All costs incurred as a result of remuneration packaging under these provisions will be met by the employee. 14.3 The employee’s salary for superannuation purposes and severance and termination payments will be the gross salary which the employee would receive if not taking part in flexible remuneration packaging. 14.4 Changes to flexible remuneration packaging arrangements, including taxation changes, will not be a cause for further claims against the employer. 14.5 The Department will continue to provide appropriate information to employees concerning flexible remuneration packaging.
