FLIGHT SPACECRAFT. The Contractor shall deliver two (2) flight Spacecraft meeting the performance requirements defined in Exhibit A, Spacecraft Performance Specifications. If ordered, an optional third spacecraft shall be furnished meeting the same performance requirements. The Spacecraft shall be designed, manufactured, and in-plant tested. Two of the Spacecraft, [***] shall be launched, in-orbit tested, and delivered to their respective Designated Orbital Positions, fully operational as defined in the Contract. The third (Spacecraft shall be delivered to storage.
