Common use of Flood Control Clause in Contracts

Flood Control. Each Loan Party, the Real Property Collateral and the use and operations of the Real Property Collateral are in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of all flood control laws, ordinances and other regulations applicable to the Real Property Collateral (including laws, ordinances and regulations of the C▇▇▇▇ County Flood Control District) and all agreements relating to flood control with respect to the Real Property Collateral.
