Common use of Flood Hazard Area Clause in Contracts

Flood Hazard Area. To Seller's Knowledge, no portion of any Leased Real Property is located in a flood hazard area (as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency) that requires federal flood hazard insurance or any permits, licenses, variances, approvals and authorizations for the occupancy or use of such Real Property for the operation of the Purchased Assets.
