Flood Hazard Determinations. Evidence indicating whether the Property is located within a one hundred year flood plain or identified as a special flood hazard area as defined by the Federal Insurance Administration, and, if so, a flood notification form signed by the Borrower as evidence that flood insurance is in place for the building and contents.
