Floor Load; Prevention of Vibration and Noise. Not to place a load upon the Premises exceeding an average rate of 80 pounds of live load per square foot of floor area (partitions shall be considered as part of the live load); not to move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment into, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such time as Landlord shall in each instance authorize; not to install or operate in the Premises any equipment or other machinery other than usual office equipment without obtaining the prior consent of Landlord, who may condition such consent upon the payment by Tenant of additional rent as compensation for additional wiring or electricity needed for the equipment or machinery; not to install any equipment or machinery which may necessitate any changes, replacements or additions to, or in the use of, the heating, air conditioning, plumbing or electrical systems of the Building without obtaining Landlord's prior consent; Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building shall be so installed, maintained and used by Tenant as to eliminate such vibration or noise.
