Floor Load; Prevention of Vibration and Noise. Tenant shall not place a load upon the Premises (exclusive of Tenant's equipment installed on the roof of the Building pursuant to Sections 8.26 and 8.28 below) exceeding an average rate of 100 pounds of live load per square foot of floor area (partitions shall be considered as part of the live load); and shall not move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such time as Landlord shall in each instance authorize; Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building shall be so installed, maintained and used by Tenant so as to eliminate such vibration or noise.
