Common use of Flow-Down from Department to Contractor Clause in Contracts

Flow-Down from Department to Contractor. Subject in each case to Sections 12.14 and 12.15, Concessionaire shall diligently and in good faith (a) seek any approvals, consents, determinations and other responses from the Department under the Comprehensive Agreement which correspond with any such approvals, consents, determinations and other responses being requested by Contractor under this Agreement, (b) seek any compensation, time extensions and other relief from the Department under the Comprehensive Agreement which correspond with any such compensation, time extension and other relief being requested by Contractor under this Agreement and (c) pass through to Contractor under this Agreement the benefit of any approvals, consents, determinations and other responses, and any compensation, time extensions and other relief which it actually obtains from the Department under the Comprehensive Agreement.
