Fluids Sample Clauses

Fluids. Tenant shall not locate or drain any fluid that contains any Regulated Substance on or around the Premises without Landlord’s prior written approval. Tenant shall use drip pans and absorbent pads to contain incidental drips, leaks, and releases. Tenant shall inspect, clean, and replace the drip pans on a regular basis. Tenant shall transport all such fluids off the Airport according to Applicable Law.
Fluids. Calibration fluids for use in the FasTraQ Disposable, the specifications for which will be mutually agreed by the parties.
Fluids. Engine oil, power steering fluid, antifreeze, and transmission fluid are all covered items when required during the authorized repair process.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 ▇▇▇▇▇, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.
