Fluoride Sample Clauses

The Fluoride clause establishes the requirements and standards for the use or presence of fluoride in a particular context, such as water supply, dental products, or manufacturing processes. It typically outlines acceptable concentration levels, monitoring procedures, and compliance obligations for parties involved. For example, in a water supply agreement, this clause may specify the maximum allowable fluoride content and mandate regular testing to ensure safety. The core function of this clause is to ensure public health and regulatory compliance by controlling fluoride exposure and preventing potential health risks associated with excessive fluoride levels.
Fluoride. This agreement covers fluoride treatment for members under the age of 19. There is a limit of two (2) fluoride treatment in a benefit year.
Fluoride. We cover two (2) fluoride treatments per plan year for members under age 19.
Fluoride. Influent fluoride concentrations over the course of this experiment were documented as having large relative fluctuations with average values and standard deviation of 13 ± 7mg/L F-. As for the effluent samples taken from limestone reactor significant removal was documented from the influent AMD in which values averaged 9 ± 4mg/L F- throughout the entire experiment. During the next four months (November 2012February 2013) average fluoride values dropped substantially with in each bioreactor (R2-R6) effluent, ranging from 12 to 187 mg/L F-. Throughout the final six months (March 2013 - early September 2013), effluent fluoride concentrations of the bioreactors (R2-R6) had dropped below average AMD influent values ranging from 5-10 mg/L F- (Figure 28).

Related to Fluoride

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.
