Focused Performance Rating. 255 1. A classroom teacher shall receive a Focused Performance Rating of either Proficient (3) or 256 Distinguished (Exemplary) (4) based upon the preponderance of the evidence as it relates 257 to the selected criterion. By definition the Focused Performance Rating is an evaluative 258 statement about the classroom teacher’s Comprehensive Evaluation performance based 259 upon the pre-determined evidence that the classroom teacher has already been deemed 260 Proficient or Distinguished (Exemplary).
