FOIA Requests. The Union shall be notified within five (5) business days of the employer’s receipt of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that asks for information regarding any bargaining unit member, including, but not limited to, names, work email addresses, any part of the home address, or list of members of the union, dues payers, or non-members.
