Following Substantial Completion of Clause Samples

Following Substantial Completion of the Project or a designated portion thereof, the Construction Manager shall evaluate the completion of the work of the Contractors and make recommendations to the Architect as to when the District may record a Notice of Completion. The Construction Manager shall assist the Architect in conducting final inspections, preparing punch-list items and confirming punch-list items are completed.
