Common use of Food Service Managers Clause in Contracts

Food Service Managers. The Director of Food Service shall have the discretion to select Food Service Managers without regard to the above rules; provided, however, that all inside candidates will be interviewed, and further provided that Elementary Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between Elementary Buildings, and Middle School Food Service Managers, MVCTC Food Service Manager and High School Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between the Middle School and the High School under paragraph (A) above.
