For Advanced Lighting Control Programs or Projects. For all Program Projects and for each Measure, installed in a non-residential setting where the advance lighting control project is seeking an energy efficiency incentive of $2,000 or more, Implementer shall ensure that all workers or technicians involved in the project are certified by the California Advanced Lighting Controls Training Program. Implementer shall describe in Attachment 2: a. how the quality of the workforce supports program outcomes and how the Program will comply with this requirement; b. workforce standards (including any certifications, apprenticeship programs, accredited degrees or other workforce training programs) incorporated into the program to establish compliance with this requirement and why the workforce standards provide the relevant skills to support the program; and

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
