For API Sample Clauses

The 'For API' clause defines the terms and conditions under which an application programming interface (API) may be accessed or used by parties to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the permitted uses of the API, any restrictions on access or data usage, and may specify requirements such as authentication, security measures, or compliance with documentation. By establishing clear guidelines for API usage, this clause helps prevent misuse, protects proprietary technology, and ensures that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the API.
