The 'For Appliances' clause defines the terms and conditions specifically related to appliances covered under the agreement. We will repair or replace the Covered Product, at Our discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical failure, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical failure caused by a direct result of a power surge (in the absence of insurance coverage). Costs related to the removal and reinstallation of Your Covered Product are not covered under this Agreement and are Your responsibility are covered under this Agreement, when required, due to a covered mechanical or electrical failure as governed by the “Limit of Liability” section of this Agreement. You are entitled to request a product of the same color or finish as Your original Covered Product should replacement be required as determined by Us.
