For Appliances Sample Clauses

The 'For Appliances' clause defines the terms and conditions specifically related to appliances covered under the agreement. It typically outlines which appliances are included, the responsibilities for maintenance or repair, and any limitations or exclusions regarding their use or replacement. For example, it may specify that only major kitchen appliances are covered, or that the tenant is responsible for minor repairs. This clause ensures clarity regarding appliance-related obligations, helping to prevent disputes over maintenance and repair responsibilities during the term of the agreement.
