For AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9 STATE, each Party shall pay the other the appropriate switched access charges set forth in the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE intrastate or interstate switched access tariffs. CLEC will pay AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE the database query charge as set forth in the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE intrastate or interstate access services Tariff as filed and in effect with the FCC or appropriate Commission as applicable. Where technically feasible, each Party will provide to the other Party the appropriate Records, in accordance with industry standards, necessary for billing intraLATA 8YY customers. The Records provided will be in a standard EMI format. AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE provision of 8YY Toll Free Dialing (TFD) to CLEC requires interconnection from CLEC to AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE’s 8YY Signal Channel Point (SCP). Such interconnections shall be established pursuant to AT&T-22STATE’s Common Channel Signaling Interconnection Guidelines and Telcordia’s CCS Network Interface Specification document, TR-TSV-000905. CLEC shall establish SS7 interconnection at the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE Local Signal Transfer Points serving the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE 8YY SCPs that CLEC desires to query.   • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • COVID-19 Employees of Contractor and/or persons working on its behalf, including, but not limited to, subcontractors (collectively, “Contractor Personnel”), while performing services under this Agreement and prior to interacting in person with City employees, contractors, volunteers, or members of the public (collectively, “In-Person Services”) must be fully vaccinated against the novel coronavirus 2019 (“COVID-19”). “Fully vaccinated” means that 14 or more days have passed since Contractor Personnel have received the final dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech) or a single dose of a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and all booster doses recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to assigning Contractor Personnel to perform In-Person Services, Contractor shall obtain proof that such Contractor Personnel have been fully vaccinated. Contractor shall retain such proof for the document retention period set forth in this Agreement. Contractor shall grant medical or religious exemptions (“Exemptions”) to Contractor Personnel as required by law. If Contractor wishes to assign Contractor Personnel with Exemptions to perform In- Person Services, Contractor shall require such Contractor Personnel to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, with the full cost of testing to be borne by Contractor. If Contractor Personnel test positive, they shall not be assigned to perform In-Person Services or, to the extent they have already been performing In-Person Services, shall be immediately removed from those assignments. Furthermore, Contractor shall immediately notify City if Contractor Personnel performing In-Person Services (1) have tested positive for or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, (2) have been informed by a medical professional that they are likely to have COVID-19, or (3) meet the criteria for isolation under applicable government orders.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.
