For Group Services Clause Samples

The 'For Group Services' clause defines the terms and conditions under which services are provided to a group of entities, such as affiliates or subsidiaries, rather than just a single party. This clause typically outlines how services will be delivered across the group, addresses issues like billing, service levels, and responsibilities for each group member, and may specify whether the parent company or individual entities are liable for obligations. Its core function is to ensure clarity and consistency in the provision of services to multiple related parties, preventing misunderstandings and disputes about coverage and responsibility.
