Common use of For Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Clause in Contracts

For Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll. Traffic originating from AT&T that is delivered over the Transit Service (“Transit Traffic”): (1) AT&T shall: (A) Pay to SBC-AMERITECH a Transit Service charge set forth on the Pricing Schedule; and (B) Reimburse SBC-AMERITECH for any charges, including Switched Access charges, that a third-party LEC or CMRS provider with whom SBC- AMERITECH does not have a Transit Service agreement similar to that set forth in this Section 7.3 imposes or levies on SBC-AMERITECH for delivery or termination of any such Transit Traffic. (2) SBC-AMERITECH shall remit to AT&T any access charges SBC-AMERITECH receives from such third-party LEC or CMRS provider in connection with the delivery of such Transit Traffic.
