For next Fall Semester. A minimum of $200 ($50 non-refundable reservation fee and $150 prepayment) is required at Spring Housing Sign-up. To guarantee Your room selection made during this process, the additional $150 prepayment must be received on or before April 15 (this may be paid in full during Sign Up). We reserve the right to relocate Your assignment if the full prepayment is not received by April 15, even if this means changing Your room type or hall.   • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.

  • Average Annual Compensation The Executive's "Average Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the average level of compensation paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during the most recent five taxable years preceding the Date of Termination, including Base Salary and benefits and bonuses under any employee benefit plans of the Employers.

  • Payment on non-Business Day If any payment by the Borrower under a Finance Document would otherwise fall due on a day which is not a Business Day: (a) the due date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; or (b) if the next succeeding Business Day falls in the next calendar month, the due date shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding Business Day, and interest shall be payable during any extension under paragraph (a) at the rate payable on the original due date.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
