Common use of For Other Than Cause Clause in Contracts

For Other Than Cause. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may at any time during the Term of Engagement terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the Consultant. Within 15 days of the date of termination pursuant to this section 5.1(b), the Company will issue to the Consultant that number of Performance Shares to which the Consultant would have been entitled or becomes entitled pursuant to section 3.1 above.
