Common use of For Other Than Good Reason Clause in Contracts

For Other Than Good Reason. The Executive may at any time, by -------------------------- giving at least sixty (60) days prior written notice to the Company, resign from the Company. In the event the Executive terminates his employment for other than Good Reason, this Agreement shall terminate and the Executive shall be entitled to receive no further compensation or benefits hereunder, except any as shall have accrued to the date of such termination or as required by law.
