For the avoidance of doubt, Purchaser shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and permits necessary for the research, development, manufacture (excluding manufacture of the CpG Material), use, marketing, promotion, distribution, handling, storage, sale, or other disposition of the Vaccine and Products, and for complying with all Applicable Laws in connection with carrying out the foregoing activities.
