Common use of FOR REFERENCE ONLY Clause in Contracts

FOR REFERENCE ONLY. The TOLLWAY and DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER each bind themselves, their successors and assigns to the other party of this Agreement and to the successors and assigns of such other party with respect to all covenants of this Agreement. Except as this Agreement provides, neither the TOLLWAY nor the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER shall assign, sublet or transfer its interest in this Agreement without the written consent of the other.
