Common use of For Research Clause in Contracts

For Research. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the oversight of the JSC and JMC, MeiraGTx will Manufacture (i) Clinical IRD Products required for Research under Section 6.1(b) in accordance with the applicable CMC Development Plans and (ii) Research IRD Products for Research in accordance with the applicable CMC Development Plans, in each case ((i) and (ii)) in accordance with Janssen Quality Requirements.
