For SBC-13STATE. CLEC may use three types of access: Switched, Private Line, and Frame Relay. For Private Line and Frame Relay “Direct Connections,” CLEC shall provide its own router, circuit, and two Channel Service Units/Data Service Units (CSU/DSU). The demarcation point shall be the router interface at the LRAF, PRAF, ARAF, or SRAF. Switched Access “Dial-up Connections” require CLEC to provide its own modems and connection to the SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE LRAF, SBC CALIFORNIA PRAF, SBC MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE ARAF, and SBC SNET SRAF. CLEC shall pay the cost of the call if Switched Access is used. Connections via the Public Internet require CLEC to connect to an ISP of their choice and use one of the HTTPS URLs associated with access to SBC-13STATE OSS via the public internet.
