Common use of For Service Provider Change of Control Clause in Contracts

For Service Provider Change of Control. Sprint may, at any time and without liability, terminate this Fourteenth Amendment if a Sprint Competitor previously not in Control of Service Provider acquires, directly or indirectly, Control of Service Provider. Service Provider must give Sprint no less than 30 days’ notice of any change in Control of Service Provider, unless prohibited by applicable laws or contract. Unless otherwise provided in the notice, the termination is effective 30 days after Sprint delivers the termination notice.
