For Settlement Class Members. who have Eligible Damage and otherwise meet the eligibility criteria of this Agreement and who seek relief for repairs for Eligible Damage after the close of the Claim Period but within the maximum period for which this Settlement provides them benefits, Defendants will take steps that provide Settlement Class Members who contact Pella Customer Service Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, the following relief, which will be administered by Defendants directly and not the Settlement Administrator:
