For Standard Accounts. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Bank, any payment due and payable under this Agreement and made by the Borrower will be appropriated towards such dues in the order, namely: a) Interest and Principal; b) liquidated damages on defaulted amounts and additional interest under this agreement c) Cheque bounce charges, prepayment charge and other costs, charges, expenses, premium, incidental charges and other monies t and cost incurred by the bank in connection with this agreement and recovery of the borrower’s dues (i) The order of appropriation maybe modified by RBL Bank may, in its sole discretion; (ii) all payments shall be appropriated under each category in the order of pendency. If an account is having multiple EMIs due, the first / oldest demand EMI would be adjusted first and then the Second demand EMI and so on. Post adjustment of EMIs if any amount is still available then the charges would be adjusted if any.
For Standard Accounts. The Client shall review the Contract Specifications from the trading platform and the Website and be informed regarding the applicable swap rates.

For Standard Accounts. If the customer pays Rs.200., Firstly Rs.100/- is adjusted towards the oldest demand (i.e 01- Jun-22) of Interest & Principal and then the remaining Rs.100/- to the 01-Jul-22 demand of EMI.

  • Certain Types of Accounts (a) You may instruct FIIOC to register purchased shares in your name and account as nominee for your customers. If you hold Portfolio shares as nominee for your customers, all Prospectuses, proxy statements, periodic reports, and other printed material will be sent to you, and all confirmations and other communications to shareholders will be transmitted to you. You will be responsible for forwarding such printed material, confirmations, and communications, or the information contained therein, to all customers for whose account you hold any Portfolio shares as nominee. However, we or FIIOC on behalf of itself or the Portfolios will be responsible for the costs associated with your forwarding such printed material, confirmations, and communications. You will be responsible for complying with all reporting and tax withholding requirements with respect to the customers for whose account you hold any Portfolio shares as nominee. (b) With respect to accounts other than those accounts referred to in paragraph 4(a) above, you agree to provide us with all information (including certification of taxpayer identification numbers and back-up withholding instructions) necessary or appropriate for us to comply with legal and regulatory reporting requirements. (c) Accounts opened or maintained pursuant to the NETWORKING system of the National Securities Clearing Corporation ("NSCC") will be governed by applicable NSCC rules and procedures and any agreement or other arrangement with us relating to NETWORKING. (d) If you hold Portfolio shares in an omnibus account for two or more customers, you will be responsible for determining, in accordance with the Prospectus, whether, and the extent to which, a CDSC is applicable to a purchase of Portfolio shares from such a customer, and you agree to transmit immediately to us any CDSC to which such purchase was subject. You hereby represent that if you hold Portfolio shares subject to a CDSC, you have the capability to track and account for such charge, and we reserve the right, at our discretion, to verify that capability by inspecting your tracking and accounting system or otherwise.

  • ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS The Allottee authorized the Promoter to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/ her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the [Apartment/Plot], if any, in his/ her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

  • Types of Cash Accounts Cash accounts opened on the books of the Custodian (Principal Accounts) shall be opened in the name of the Fund. Such accounts collectively shall be a deposit obligation of the Custodian and shall be subject to the terms of this Section 7 and the general liability provisions contained in Section 9. Cash accounts opened on the books of a Subcustodian may be opened in the name of the Fund or the Custodian or in the name of the Custodian for its customers generally (Agency Accounts). Such deposits shall be obligations of the Subcustodian and shall be treated as an Investment of the Fund. Accordingly, the Custodian shall be responsible for exercising reasonable care in the administration of such accounts but shall not be liable for their repayment in the event such Subcustodian, by reason of its bankruptcy, insolvency or otherwise, fails to make repayment.

  • Collection of Payments Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging any deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

  • Payments; Application of Payments; Debit of Accounts (a) All payments to be made by Borrower under any Loan Document shall be made in immediately available funds in Dollars, without setoff or counterclaim, before 12:00 p.m. Pacific time on the date when due. Payments of principal and/or interest received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific time are considered received at the opening of business on the next Business Day. When a payment is due on a day that is not a Business Day, the payment shall be due the next Business Day, and additional fees or interest, as applicable, shall continue to accrue until paid. (b) Bank has the exclusive right to determine the order and manner in which all payments with respect to the Obligations may be applied. Borrower shall have no right to specify the order or the accounts to which Bank shall allocate or apply any payments required to be made by Borrower to Bank or otherwise received by Bank under this Agreement when any such allocation or application is not specified elsewhere in this Agreement. (c) Bank may debit any of Borrower’s deposit accounts, including the Designated Deposit Account, for principal and interest payments or any other amounts Borrower owes Bank when due. These debits shall not constitute a set-off.
