For the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 School Years Only. For the 2017-2018 school year, the District shall improve the 2016-17 salary schedule by 2.0%, retroactive to July 1, 2017. For the 2018-2019 school year the District shall improve the 2017-2018 salary schedule by 2.0%, retroactive to July 1, 2017. This is a 4.0% two year on-schedule/on-going compensation package. In addition, the Agreement reflects an additional 0.8% investment in new language/working conditions.
