A good example of this is our 5-year contractual agreement with the GTAA that indicates we must respond to all emergency electrical outages in a timely fashion on a 24/7 basis. ET is also intent on developing additional business to support customer owned facilities to address their electrical emergency needs. An Emergency ET On Call Roster is being developed in order that the Company may fulfill its contractual obligations to customers. Qualified candidates will be secured through job posting and added to the ET Roster. Employees on ET Standby Duty can not be scheduled at the same time as the standby duty for the A, B or C teams or the Substation Roster. FOR THE UNION FOR THE COMPANY. The Company shall meet with each member of the bargaining unit within sixty (60) days of the effective date of the Collective Agreement to review the ISO Training Records. The meeting shall include the employee, a Union representative and Company representative. The purpose of the meeting is to allow an employee to review his training record and to allow him to provide additional information that he believes should be contained in such records. Should there be a dispute regarding additional information, the parties shall meet again within five (5) days where each of the parties shall provide additional information, if available. In the event that an employee disagrees with the information contained in the ISO Training Records, he will not be compelled to sign such documents and will meet with management and a Union representative to review the training records accuracy.

The contracts shall bear both the Corporation and UAW logos and be printed by a union printer and bear the union bug. ⮚ Pursuant to the Employee Right to Know Act, employees will be allowed to review their personnel file. ⮚ The Company will create a First Response Team comprised of both salary and bargaining unit employees. The salary employees will not out- number the bargaining unit employees. ⮚ The Union will be afforded up to 2 hours during new employee orientation to discuss with new employees the Union’s role in the operation of the business. The Union will share with the Company those topics to be covered during orientation.
